We want you to be happy with your order.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery at thingswalaa@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item. We'll arrange a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

Change of mind
If you've changed your mind about a purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer in this case. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund.

Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit.
